Clotexia is a direct, selective factor Xa inhibitor, used for: Prevention of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). Prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) following knee or hip replacement.

Clotexia tablet:

• Rapid onset of action.
• Predictable anticoagulant effect.
• Low potential for food and drug interactions.
• Laboratory monitoring is not required. Simple, effective, and safe dosage regimen for the initial and long-term use.
• Low risk of major bleeding (including GI bleeding) in all age groups.
• Safer than other oral anticoagulant agents in patients with renal insufficiency.
• Suitable for atrial fibrilation patients who are not candidates for vitamin K antagonist therapy.
